By accessing 24hrurgentplumberservices.top or requesting service via phone/form you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
1. Services & Estimates
Estimates are free and provided in writing. Work begins only after your approval of the flat-rate price. Emergency 60-minute response is a goal, not a guarantee, due to traffic, weather, or call volume.
2. Pricing & Payment
Quotes valid 14 days unless otherwise noted. Payment due upon completion unless financing is approved. Financing subject to credit approval (0% for 12 months OAC available). Late payments may incur fees. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for approved work.
3. Warranty
Labor: Lifetime warranty on workmanship under normal use. Excludes misuse, freezing, neglect, or modifications by others.
Parts/Materials: Covered by manufacturer warranty (typically 1-6 years for water heaters). Warranty details provided on invoice.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate access and information, ensure work area is accessible, and disclose known hazards (mold, asbestos, etc.). You are responsible for permits if required by local code unless we agree in writing to obtain them.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, or pre-existing conditions, mold, or water damage beyond the repair itself.
6. Communications Consent
By providing your phone/email you consent to calls, texts, and emails about your inquiry and appointment (including automated). Reply STOP to opt-out of texts; opt-out may limit service updates. Message frequency varies; message/data rates may apply.
7. Intellectual Property
Site content (text, graphics, logos) is owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy or reproduce without permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by California law. Venue for disputes is Los Angeles County, CA. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
9. Changes
We may update Terms at any time by posting a new version with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
